On this page you may enter information you would like the ambulance crew to know, such as a hidden key, garage door code, special directions, maps, or any other special circumstance that would be available to ambulance crews, via on board computer.  This information will be available to the crew immediately upon dispatch and can be viewed, while enroute to your 9-1-1 call.  Your information will only be seen by the EMS Chief and will be sent to our dispatch center, for data input that will only be used when you have an emergency.  This information will be verified with you or your organization yearly to make sure it is kept up to date.
